ZOOM PLATFORM
It’s an easy to use cloud-based video conferencing service that can be used to virtually meet with others - either by video or audio-only or both, all while conducting live chats - and it lets us record those sessions to view later.

This tool can be used by Higher Education teachers (lectures; group discussions) teachers and students (team work) to promote virtual collaborative work - one-on-one or team on-line meetings.
WHAT FOR:
This tool is useful for one-on-one meetings and group video conferences. It has two important and useful features: i) Screen sharing; ii) Recording: the possibility of recording the meetings or events too.
WHERE TO APPLY IT: The tool can be used for lectures and team meetings (audio, video and collaboration features) to connect remotely team members and facilitate remote collaboration.

It is an easy to use collaborative whiteboard from Google.

This kind of tool can be used by Higher Education teachers and students in real time to work together (with google meets, for instance).
WHAT FOR:
This tool is useful to collaborate with remote users who can see and work on the Jamboard. It integrates with Google Meet allowing users to see and talk to collaborators, or switch to presentation mode.
WHERE TO APPLY IT: To take collaborative notes, when students meet in video call breakout rooms, Jamboard can be a place for them to take collaborative notes, to share, to edit and collaborate.
