Shraddha Ranganathan

Shraddha Ranganathan studied Bioengineering at Hochschule Rhein-Waal.

During this study, her projects were focused towards protein/enzyme engineering, with a secondary focus on inter-disciplinary learning. Accordingly, her thesis research was about making lentils more palatable to consumers, thus reducing meat consumption.

She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Life Science Informatics, also in Germany
